It almost sounds like the issue I had with the exhaust rubbing in the rear subframe... Though mine also needed a somewhat high engine load (so accelerating or going up a hill) but... Well, you looked at that.

Hopefully it's nothing serious.

Yes, it would be interesting to hear actual cause. And whose guess was closest to it
P.S.
Stupid idea .. do vibrations happened only when driving, or also when free revving? In 2nd case i'd try to put it on ramp and someone below hearing while it's get revved. Or rize rear end and try to rew it in gear .. but yet again in similar fashion someone watching/hearing below, where it's easier to locate sound source ..

Well the throwout bearing was replaced under warranty, but nothing could be found in regards to the vibration and they blamed it on the transmission mount insert and the shifter bushing... (Both of which I've changed AFTER getting the vibration).

I'll have to try removing the insert and maybe swapping engine mounts to see what that does.
