What if you just made the valve/Y pipe and welded that into an existing system? That would have to be the cheapest option no?
That is exactly what im thinking of. Using the stock muffler, it will probably require modifying the midpipe as well, right around the flange for the axleback. Add a straight pipe that goes underneath the one that goes into the muffler. Seal the exit on the muffler that goes left and probably opening up the exit to the right a bit more so enough air can pass thru it.

I dont have the tools or knowledge to do something like this, but I will see what can be done talking to the shops around my area.

2 points here.

1: Can the stock muffler flow enough on just one side even with mods? I don't know what the internal structure looks like is why I mention this.

2: if you go below the stock inlet pipe for the muffler it may be too low. I'm still thinking cutting out/welding into the stock elbow would be best

Be sure to maintain access to both tow hook threads.

Also integrate a black lip on transition from bumper body to mesh surface. Kinda like the rocket bunny - this should maintain a cleaner look imo

This. That lotus rear look is what Im aiming for.

How about headers and a supercharger?

I just love how Porsche does their sport exhausts. If we could get a subtle note and then be able to open some flaps and get some noise and gargle, that would be cool.

Since there are already these valves on the market for custom applications, is there a market for a turn key unit? Seems like you could just go to any muffler shop and have them make this thing

Just found these. Weld one of these into the midpipe after the resonator and then just piping all the way back to whatever tips you want.

Great find. Guess we can take this edge exhaust system off the list. Looks like you can build a whole new axle back with remote control for just over 500$. I suppose a turn key unit could still have a market of people who just don't know. I mean, Intec seams to sell plenty of those 3rd brake light relocation kits for 120$ when you can buy one for a mustang for 50$. Looks exactly the same. So, maybe take one or 2 of these Varex mufflers and weld some pipe to connect them with a flange. They even have dual tip ones

I second the gauge mounting solutions, I need something that does not look like shit and is functional that isn't a A pillar. I'll need to install a wideband, oil temp, oil pressure and random other gauge
