As large as possible, preferably 2.5"+ with similar sound levels to stock exhaust would be for me. Personal preference would be a slightly deeper tone, but tone is secondary to weight reduction, good flow, and overall volume. There are a TON of loud exhausts available on this car but not much for us guys running a full exhaust at tracks with noise regs.

ACE is building a quiet exhaust, I don't think we need another one.

It's just an axleback and dual exit, I want something with larger than stock piping, weight reduction, and lower noise. ACE only addresses one of those.

I think anything over 2.5 will kill the torque. I put my 3 inch high flow on with a header and I swear I LOST 20FTLBS OF TORQUE I HATED IT!! But the top end was good. I'm sure the manufacture is well aware of diameters. I'm thinking light weight stainless thin wall.
I will be using a bone stock catted stock over pipe design. Also a Auto trans because of the tighter fit. If it works auto it will definitely work 6sp.
What's the decibel rule so we make sure it complies. Also how much does what you are running weigh,
Any feed back, what's your opinion?

Thin walls may also mean lot of fight with drone with extra weight lost on more of resonators. Everything has cons/pros.
As for loudness - ensure that it will be at reasonable level if used together with catless header, to not need to swap it to another quieter catback if header is upgraded.
OR, add some option to quieten/louden it. Even if not in some advanced way with electrically/mechanically actuated valve & dual exhaust paths, then at least with some optional bolton part.

I'm in the process of making functional side vents atm but they look far from OEM

Had a few mates check em out and had the big thumbs up plus they should pull alot of hot air out as well .

It just sucks when you have to haul your bins, jerry cans, tools, tires, duffel bags, etc and they slide all over the place.
I had this idea but i have no means of fabricating it.

^^^This This needs to happen. And keep weight in the front of your mind. It shouldn't weigh more than the carpeted piece that covers the spare tire.

My own contribution is a set of knockoff BRZ headlights. Make it look just like the BRZ headlights except without a blinker option. For the FRS guys.

I'm making a rear seat delete with expanding foam(for structure) this spring. I need it to support wheels for race day. I'll try to make a thread for it so keep an eye out. There is also a good looking option from rearseatdelete.com for $300

Complete flat underbody

Replacement of rear difusser plastic with a vented/mesh vertical surface and functional diffuser. Allow user to cut out their own exhaust holes. Also have a section for SMALL reverse light (minimal impact on astetics - similar to Rocket Bunny reverse light)

Finally, a 3 inch header back or catback with integraded muffler in front or midpipe. Within Muffler, there's two paths; straight thru 3inch and muffled chamber. Integrated butterfly vavles in exhaust to either send gas thru straight section or muffled section. Both sections should converge to a single exit before axleback. This would ensure that the exhaust exits the same tailpipe/s regardless of whether we're in loud or quiet mode. This would also leave more room for radical diffuser designs, or perhaps those who want the tailpipes to exit higher for a more exotic look.

Something similar to following

This without license plate of course

Be sure to maintain access to both tow hook threads.

Also integrate a black lip on transition from bumper body to mesh surface. Kinda like the rocket bunny - this should maintain a cleaner look imo

I have access to mufflers with electric cutouts but they are pricey.

shows the cutout function but sound quality of clip is bad

What about a center exit exhaust bumper/ diffuser.
Kind of like the f type center exhaust. I've been thinking about making the center exit exhaust myself but I can't find any (not tacky) bumpers
