And cars like the Hellcat and mustang 5.0 (top model?) feel like (to me) a school bus with lots of hp. Ride quality is nice and everything is nice but the actual driving is...... mediocre at best (to me). ...but then again... 'Murica' and "HURZZZZ POWA and not a Vtac machine."

If we put the why 'whine' blame on someone, i'd blame the media and commercialization and way things get commercialized nowadays. Bigger is not always comfortable as we are told to see and more is not always a factor for fun. Size and cc's dont determine the quality of our ride. If they do limit something, it's how far you can pull/push before you break it and that's it. Blah.... haha

Personally I'd go for the Bose not because LG isn't a good product but because with Bose you know it will do justice to your music collection and life is way too short to listen to uneven sound waves.

I have to say and I'm not being racist here, I just can't stand Chinese or Korean products.
Wtf I made a thread about whiners now I'm whining, time to put the scotch away and dedicate this meme to myself

That the above is not true is one of extermely rare things that both audiophiles and sound engineers agree about.

See your bias could mean you miss out on something good just because it was made in a certain place. Much of the "mainland Asia bad" thought process came from legitimate reasons once upon a time but do not stand anymore. The manufacturing methods, materials and skilled labour have changed a great deal in the last 10 years or so. The products are every bit as good as anybody else if you are buying in the same price range. Of course there are the cheap knock offs still but even the Chinese government is cracking down on them now that they are growing into a contender in the world market for quality products. Korea is even further along than China as far as modern manufacturing goes.
Do you actually picture everything made in mainland Asia as a bunch of peasants hammering stuff out by hand?

Well it depends a bit on how you define doing "justice to your music collection". But if you want something accurate and truthful, my opinion* is stay away, and go for pro or prosumer studio stuff**.

* formed based on experiences from a few years ago, but I doubt that Bose's design philosophy has changed much

** I am assuming we're talking home audio not car audio, I do not care much about car audio, a car is not a good place for quality music listening anyway

I meant home Audio. I don't have time to upgrade the sound system individually so I'd prefer just getting something I can plug in and listen to with minimal fuss, I recently got the Bose sound link 3 for Bluetooth music and that thing is amazing in an understated way. Sound quality really good and you can listen to 14 hours of music on it when you unplug it. My next goal is to get a proper Bose sound system after I scrape the money for it together.

Good night guys
