I'm not suggesting in any way at all that the motor blowing had anything to do with CX racing... I'm just saying the mounts suggested are CX racing and they're well know for crappy quality, so if doing an LS swap which already entails tenths of thousands in itself, I'd go for something better quality out of the gate.

As bad as this sounds but I really hope your crankcase is OK and only valve/rocker issue is found. Don't get frustrated. As long as this isn't your daily driver; You get to purchase a motor build stand, Forged Internals and a good old after work project is made! You had the setup for something great and now you have a good reason to make it awesome.

BTW,
I'm still waiting on the tear down report!

Couldn't find any damage to block don't think rod went through block at all. Found a little puddle of burnt oil by dump tube. And checked o2 sensors and they were full of oil. Will be taking off intake manifold to see if I can find any damage

So you knew the car was way over boost and continued to do "pulls" until it blew? Most people would have stopped as soon as they seen the first log.

The boost protection may not have worked as intended, but the blown engine could have been easily avoided by parking the car until you could resolve the issue. My $.02.

I'm really crossing my fingers for you. A bend valves that jammed a piston would be ideal.

I parked and reflashed map to make sure the was no confusion with maps. Wasn't beating on it did only a 2nd gear pull.

Depending on how you want your map set up, boost cut may not be applied. I found this out after I had my map set up a certain way (I had a FnG flex fuel tune from delicious, and psi by ethanol content). Was told there wasn't any custom data tables left in ECUtek to have boost cut enabled.

I actually ended up overboosting as well, was suppose to be around 15 psi and shot up to about 22, but this was because of a miscommunication of how I should have my EBCS set up. After I took care of that I was still seeing overboost by about 3psi but nothing to the extent of what I did previously.

Not pointing fingers at anyone, just figured i'd share and pass along the information.

No offense to anyone but you should really have over boost protection on a turbo car. All you need is a vacuum line to leak or pop off or a buggy/bad tune that doesn't have the ebcs settings calibrated correctly to get an overboost...

When I was turbo I remember hitting overboost protection many times.

this 100%. Moreso the calibration of the EBCS being correct. I put AN fittings on all of my lines to prevent anything from popping off so I could rule that out and at the end of the day it was the ECBS calibration along with a few other things that were out of sync that were causing my issues. If OP didn't have it set on his map he may have been like me and assumed it was enabled (because I did after seeing it be a "standard" in the list of what comes on the tune). It was only until I overboosted and asked I was told it wasn't enabled.
