Its def not a fan or typical sound... In Batman terms it is "Bang!" "Bam!" "Pop!" "Cherbang!" etc...

It is loud enough to make you ask WTF just happened!?

I've had the same "pop" sound on the passenger side while driving on the highway. I didn't hit debris or anything. Only heard it once though

I remember a similar sound when the s197 (2005-up) Mustangs first came out. It was under similar conditions, and the problem turned out to be upper strut mount related.

I think I've heard it myself as well but only when I'm on idle. Probably need to observe the next time I go for a drive since I always crank up the volume of my stereo

I may have heard that kind of sound too! It felt like a small rock has hit the car! Then when I parked the car in my garage I checked if there were any small dents or some sort but none! Probably that sound you are hearing explains it..weird

come to think if it, I DID hear this sound while I was making a run through the country I thought I had clipped some gravel but I realize now it was just one loud *TINK*. It came from the passenger rear.

Today I heard this sound for the first time. It sounded like a rock or something hit my passenger side door. I wonder what this could be.

Didn't have the sound this morning in the two places where my car seems to experience it. That being said, it doesn't happen every day.

How long have you had the car and how many times have you heard it? Thursday afternoon will be the 1 week mark for me and I've heard it three times that I can think of.

lol, I heard it too, thought I ran over a bottle but look in mirror didn't see anything. Just once so far, got 200 miles on car

LOL, Haven't been down either of those yet... I cross over on Gadd road into Red Bank every morning and those curves seem to do it. Once the car is past break-in I'll be taking her for a sprint over Suck Creek Mountain as I LOVE that road!
