I used single filament bulbs, but they still will light up. You will need to remove the green wire to disable the DRL function of the signals.

If I change to LED bulbs, will they hyperflash without using resistors??

you can buy an LED flasher module for like $10 and it will solve all your problems. it's an easy swap.

You can install an upgraded flasher unit and it would correct the hyperblink. This is the easiest method.

Alternatively, you can splice inline resistors but that would involve cutting into your factory wiring.
