Coil pack codes are usually P35X, where X is the cyl number I think.

The not going over 4K def sounds like limp mode.

Set rpm at one number, then back to none. Try it out.

For dip go to dealer. Reflash ecu.

I just hit 50,000 miles this week. I've checked codes on a weekly basis and I did get p351 along with p302. So I have bad coil packs? Would this be causing the misfire? Solutions?

And worst of all, no warranty. I've disconnected the negative terminal. Hopefully resetting the ecu will help.. Any/ all suggestions would be helpful.
I had this issue when i installed advance keys push start + remote starter. My traction control light would constantly stay on which wouldn't allow me to get past 4,500 RPM. It might be that your traction is on but your traction indicator isn't. The cause of this was my starter due to the push button wiring.
Heres an example (when this light turns on, you wont be able to go over 4,500 RPM)

Have you recently installed any electronic parts? Try revving it up to 7,000 RPM. Try driving without your traction control on (hold the left side traction button for over 5 seconds until 2 traction lights turn on)

The only things I have installed are subwoofers. Other than that I haven't had any problems with them until now. So I'm gonna rule this out. I did get dtc's p0302 and p0351.

It looks like you have coil pack fail and\or possibly cam position sensor issues, i know the cam position sensor is not implicated by those codes directly but if you look at the TSB you will find cam position sensor issues can trigger .those misfire codes.

the not reving over 4k is likely ecu in limp home mode.

cats disintergrating and blocking exhaust is also a possibility but usually only for turbo and or tracked cars

if cam position sensor clearance needs to be adjusted should be fixed under warantee
