I'm actually doing the other way around. Using FR-S rims on the TC.

Then you'll be fine. If you want rings you can buy them, but if you properly bolt the wheels on (star pattern - evenly tightening lugs up) then you'll be fine. Lugs are tapered to center the wheel on the studs, so as long as they're tightened up properly you won't need hub rings.
