OP I have the same sound. Just installed Gruppe-s UEL header yesterday, and I would describe the sound less wooshy, and a bit more rough. Almost like a rasp, but almost like sand flying around in the pipe. Kind of a gritty sound. It only happens on acceleration, and it just sounds out of place. It has a 'ticking' sound, but difficult to describe further. I've done some forum research, and I would say that this is normal. It looks like plugging the sound tube or adding header wrap may deaden the sound, but header wrap can subject the header to more heat over time, taking away from useful life. Just FWIW

That sounds about right,especially the sand through pipe,that's pretty much exactly it, i put mine back on stands and double checked everything and couldn't find any leaks so im pretty sure its rasp, i may order a resonated fp just to see which sound i like better.
