What part of the question is unclear? Is the phrase "There's no replacement for displacement." true, or not? its a yes or no answer. And that BS reasoning, well depends on what you need it for. Thats a Straight cop-out answer. Who the F* cares about what you need it for? Pulling a stump... 5.7l diesel can't quite cut it, but if I put a turbo on it then it could. Or maybe I'll get a 7.0l diesel. Its a constant regardless of the application.

Turbo-life 4 evar.
But seriously, everything is better with a turbo. It doesn't matter how big the engine is. A turbo makes it better. Formula 1, IndyCar, time attack racing: TURBOS! Weight & balance are more important than people think. High revving engines with turbos in light/balanced vehicles > vehicles with huge torquey engines. |

I'm partial for displacement and high-RPM motors because reasons.....
I'd rather flog around a 911 GT3 RS with a 4.0 L H6 than a EJ207 with 500 HP |

I'm on the fence here too, I don't like these new low-RPM small turbo engines, but I also dont like low RPM V8s.
Much prefer a smaller, naturally aspirated high RPM screamer.
