My Thoughts:
He burnt out the clutch by holding it while trying to burnout like that Corvette, just held it in (maybe he's new to manual?) riding it, smacked/kicked clutch trying to shift instead of holding it in only during shift periods. This hurts the pressure plate. My first clutch I burnt in 15min. It was kind of old, but still. I just rode it.

What I meant about any thoughts, suggestion, or opinions is about the oil on the back of the crankshaft plat sensor.
I past the point of trying to figure what happened, and now I'm trying to fix the problem. But thank you for your inputs. Taking it to the dealer is not an option.

. Did it look like any oil was coming out of the transmission? It would be pretty hard/impossible without total submersion for any other sort of oil to get into the bell housing from the street... Does the crankshaft have damage on it as well?

Doesn't seem that any oil came out of the transmission.
Don't think the metal ring is damaged, because the engine starts normally (no miss fire, or hesitation)

Looks like when your friend smoked your clutch all the heat smoked the rear main seal. You might was well replace it while you do everything else. Hopefully the heat didn't do any damage to the crankshaft. You need a new flywheel, too. I'm not sure if all the heat checking will come out with a resurface. That's some serious abuse.

Yes. i think i have to replace the rear main seal since I'm already there. I took a quick look at the repair manual, and it looks like an easy job.
I already have a new clutch kit next to me waiting be installed .(I put everything on hold till i solve this oil leak.)

First. I like and i enjoy working on cars, bikes, and boats. (I like fixing things my self).
Second, the dealer wont instal any after market parts, and if they did the job it wont be under warranty.

Yes, unless he recently replaced the engine oil, that oil behind the seal looks rather clean. I would've thought that if it was leaking engine oil it would be a lot messier....
