That's a good bit of info. I had no idea

Or is it because the NA needs higher/free rev response so they've done more engineering to shave the weight on the internals?

Synchro failure has nothing to do with power or torque. Their sole purpose is to match gear speeds while shifting.

Stock block C38 KW supercharger at 19 psi, should be over 400hp, it gets dyno next week.. should be because the other KW C38 was doing 408 at 16 psi and i easily pulled on him.. both on E85 he had over 10k miles until a meeting with a K barrier ended everything, im over 5k so far no issues

Your barking up the wrong tree. I have a case open pending legal action right now about a failed syncro warranty claim that was denied because a dealer claimed it was because of hp. I'm fully aware hp doesn't kill syncros.

I either shear 4th gear, or a syncro goes out. I've seen/replaced transmissions in other cars for a sheared 4th gear and a worn out 5th syncro and a worn out 2nd gear syncro. Same problems as me/fullblown/element tuning/don/synack and the list goes on.

I'm running an oil cooler now but I don't see temps hot enough for it to turn on.

You'll still shear 4th gear off
And most of those are single cone honda replacements. Hence why they don't make one for the ap1 triple cone. It would cost more then what I paid for a used transmission.
