Possibly something like the Dynosty caps?

Those are for the sound tube, but maybe they can fit over the resonator hole too. You should measure just to be safe. Also, you can probably find the same exact thing for much cheaper at a hardware store.

The plug for the air box is bigger than the ones for the intake tube etc. The one I was linking was from genome tuning, the thread may have been deleted if they didn't pay their vendor fees etc. Google them and I am sure you will find them.
