look at your long term fuel trims in that area and also iam and knock flkc and fbkc knock correction.

it might be dodgy fuel as well

Will do, but the odd thing is that it only did it those two times and never again, making me think it has something to do with the car warming up or such. Plus it had never been driven in that cold of weather with the tune. Ill try to log it.

Colder temps can make bad fuel show if your fuel is 10% ethanol. At warmer temps the fuel absorbs any water and allows you to burn it off. When fuel is much colder some water can separate out and cause problems. Add a bottle of fuel dryer and that should fix things.

Is it pointless to tune with the Open Flash Tablet, if I am eventually planning to get the HKS supercharger kit?

You can use it until you decide on a different tuning solution. Once the OFT is unmarried you can sell it very easily

So I've got everything on the way now for this car and was curious as to what would be the best route for a map to run with my car. I'll be pairing off Tomei EL headers with the new Grimspeed intake and I know there's a specific stage 1 for the intake, what would be the best way to go given that I'm also running headers?

Obviously stage 2 but is it possible or likely that the map can be optimized still for that intake on a stage 2 map?

copy the maf scale out of the grimspeed intake stage 1 tune to the stage 2 tune.

Then check you afr LTFT and for knock to see all is ok.

@Shiv@Openflash Where is the grimspeed tune available? I have sent emails and PMs to Shiv but haven't heard a word.

Hopefully this map will come out soon. I am waiting to do the power blocks until this map is out. I figure between this map and the crawford power blocks map I should be able to make a map that will work with both.

There's separate tunes for 91 and 93 oct. Pick whichever gas you will be using. As Steve said

Okay noob question, but when it states to turn the key to ignition does that mean to start the car up as well?
