I see OP has the OpenFlash Tablet. That being the case, forget this ghetto rig and just modify these three tables with RomRaider: http://i.imgur.com/ZBR0Bl6.jpg

My solution was to connect a 2.5" diameter rubber tube from my straight pipe through the stock muffler for morning start-ups. I guess this works too, but I'd be worried about creating too much back pressure.

I tried running RomRaider to do this and it keeps saying a java exception error has occurred, and won't let me run the program...

Make sure you have the latest Java runtime environment for 32bit on your machine, even if it's a 64bit OS. I think I read somewhere that RomRaider needs that.

Doesn't the cold start stop if you just put it into gear and gently drive away? If it was causing such a problem with neighbors I would just start it up and then just immediately put it into first and exit the garage and go.

2nd best analog solution: be mindful of your neighbors and modify your car accordingly.

Maybe I'm a prick, but I judge neighborhoods and the associated property (in part) by the cars driven by the current inhabitants. As an enthusiast, I'm semi-understanding of this stuff, but only to a point. I imagine non-enthusiasts are far more critical. At best, you're developing a negative reputation amongst your peers; at worst, you're devaluing their property.

1st pic is white car with missing ceiling and then the rest are silver car

My guess would be silver and the lighting just makes it appear white in the first picture
