I really hope kraftwerks is on the way to CARB approval soon, thats the only thing holding me back at this point. Any ideas as to when we can expect that?

Lifted the car for an oil change and to button everything up for Buttonwillow next weekend...oil cooler leak....again.

To quote Days of Thunder: "This is not the kind of answer I am looking for from you"

I trust Kraftwerks will make it right with a warranty replacement. They've been great on customer support so far...just sick of oil...and hope that it gets resolved this week in time for Buttonwillow...

Anyone else with the oil cooler that has no issues? I need some hope

My oil cooler seems to be working as expected. I had to get back into it to check and tighten up fittings, but that's it.

I got around 200 miles this tank.. So around 20, but I was letting everyone that came up to the shop, that I know and trust, take it for a spin.. Going to 86fest and back from Vegas it wasn't bad, about 31 there and 29 back.. Right now it sitting around 25-26 that's 15 miles each way to work and back with about 11 strictly highway.. My drive to and from work today consisted of not getting on it, just a small uphill section saw boost.mi was going to baby it this tank, see what I get then go back to regular driving.. I've always been a MPG counter, unless I'm out having fun, my commute im just watching MPG.. Here shortly I'll have the flex fuel kit and see how that runs

I've had a flick through the thread but can find any information on running the C38 on stock engine.

I'm in the UK and have access to shell V power Nitro which is 99RON (94-84 AKI). The HKS V2 kit with the larger restrictor (but stock injectors) gives around 260hub HP vs 157Hub HP stock (+66% HP) so I cant see any reason why the C98 Kraftwerks needs injectors and fuel pump unless you want to run the smaller pulley?

I quite fancy the C38 Kraftwerks kit to get me to the 300HP (260Hub) mark.

I'd have thought the C30 would hit about that. If you're going for the bigger one, why not just upgrade the fueling rather than risk it?

Maybe your right Steve. I think the Vortech hit 247 on Mark Hub so my guess would be the C30 would be similar.

Probably best to save the $$ as I don't want to bother with fueling upgrades.

you should have no problem running the C38 to get you to the 315+hp at the wheels mark on petrol and 400+wheel hp using E85

We don't get E85 over here (UK). Our best fuel is 92-93 AKI (99 RON/86 MON min) which is Shell, the rest of our premium is 97 RON (I can't find any MON values) so 91-92 AKI I'd assume. We would probably be just shy of decent 93 USA tuned figures.
