I put lowering springs on my car since this post, it's now 1"-1.2" lower.

3.2% is only a difference of +3.2 MPH at 100 MPH, +1.6 MPH at 50 MPH, or +.8 MPH at 25 MPH. No I'm not worried at all. I don't know the math on if it's better or worse for fuel economy though.

Well you gotta figure the more sidewall a tire has, the more give it has and the smoother the ride is over bumps and stuff. If I went with the tire size to keep the spedometer right, the sidewall would be smaller so the ride would be that much rougher. Again, I'm only talking about a dozen MM here but still.

Stock height with some XXR 535 wheels and hankook v12 evo 2 tires.
18x8.75 +35
225/40/18

The tires were stretched so they could fit my forester and I couldn't afford another new set of tires
Still feels and looks better than stock in my opinion, but it does need a 1 or 2 inch drop for sure.

if that makes sense

My opinion only though, as looks are always a personal thing.
1 inch lift aftermarket rims.... why? because rally car.

not my car but still very cool

is this acceptable to post here since it isnt a drop in the suspension?
