Or we can all crash the test date at Thill west :-) there might be other drivers but if we have enough registered early, other cars might just fade away due to the high number of 86s in street car class

Umm, be careful of open test days. They are different from most HPDEs and usually associated with some specific event. For example, there is a open test day 9/12 which will be the full five mile track with huge amounts of time. The caveat? It is the day before a lemons race and there are no skill groupings. In other words you can have an idiot doing their first ever lap on a racetrack while driving a hooptie (nice way of saying shitcan with funny paint that they wouldn't cry about scratching), while also having near pro-level racers blasting around work out last minute kinks in their own hooptie. Also it is all open passing.

Generally I think it is best to stick with HPDEs for street cars unless you really know what you are doing.
