Checking in to the Atlanta turbo 86 club and this build. I assume you are Nich F. from Atlanta 86? I'm the other dude with the turbo build, we talked briefly the other day.

Drilled some 3 inch holes in my cowl. The idea is air moving from the hood to the windshield will produce a low pressure area directly over the cowl and pull hot air out. Or the air hitting the windshield will create a high pressure area on the cowl and it wont work. Ill be testing this weekend. If it works im going to mount my oil cooler near it. I also built a splitter. 1/2 inch birch hardwood. 39$ at home depot.

Blood mountain area/cbr600rr/regrettably too fast on the street. I think I melted the dust boots. Alot of rubber in my wheels and no initial bite anymore.
I parked the car and haven't removed the wheels yet.

Melted dust boosts won't cause anything. It sounds like you might have boiled your brake fluid though.

Good looking splitter. You have to do the mandatory standing on the splitter photo though for it to be legit.

stil haven't gotten around to the car. I just guess that because there was a weird melted rubbery powder in the bottom of my wheels when I stopped that I have never seen before. Separate from the brake dust all over my car.

I read in another thread that you planned to do an oil analysis on Amsoil Dominator. Any updates?

Posted it in the other oil forums. Oil was doing amazing at almost 3,000miles and two DAYS of dyno time.

You should try Miller's Nanodrive next time.

Outperforms Amsoil Dominator in friction reduction, durability, pretty much every performance category I can think of. A little birdie told me over the weekend that an Amsoil sponsored superbike team is secretly using Nanodrive because their timing chains are lasting longer with it between races.
