Correction to be made on the results chart above: RejabJeff is in Street Class, not mod class. Between the texts, mod lists, and 3am uploading - I lost focus where Jeff currently is. Sorry @RehabJeff, I'll fix the charts when I return home (out of town for the weekend).

Well that makes me feel a bit better about myself. If that was on Primacy's, I'd seriously have to consider just selling my FRS and taking up knitting or something.

What driving class are you taking? Too late to sign up? Would be my first track visit too.

Just found out I'll have the 2nd off!

Nice compilation. economy inn is more like 55 plus tax, or a bit under 63 per night. It's the cheapest from what I can tell. Call to book. Dont do it online.

for lodging, there are several options and they are literally walking distance from each other (only list those that has guest review 3.5/5 and above - anything less is a headache):

Here are my research:

Source: www.Hotels.com

10% discount code: 14JLYRMNUS
5% discount code: 14JLY5OFFUS
Those expires 07/13/2014 - subject to avaibility

1. holiday inn: $114/nt incl. breakfast (expensive)
i've never stayed there but its a bit expensive when staying 2 night (saving it for a track day at buttonwillow)

2. baymont suite: $68/nt incld. breakfast (cheaper than motel 6 )

@WoOosOn stayed there last time . it looks nice and has a decent pool

@RehabJeff86 @ddflyer consider book this early cos the rate is low on www.hotels.com or
www.baymontinns.com

*hang out at the pool thinking of idea for the next portable cooling system for track drivers

3. motel 6: $71/nt
It's a typical motel 6.

4. economy inn: 70/nt
Good review from guests. I've never stayed there

Hope that helps!

What I've started doing now is usually to just call the Motels in Willows and get my rooms that way. The track discount usually matches the best price I can get online anyway AND it gives more money to the Willows community instead of a middle man (and the more Willows likes us, the better Thunderhill can become).

That said, Motel 6 isn't THE cheapest motel in Willows, but it is a nice balance of price and comfort. You'll notice that alot of the T-Hill regulars stay there.

Agreed, calling the hotel directly supports their community.

That motel 6 in Willows was the place i spent my first night with my BRZ when I picked her up from Portland last year.

It was labor day, past midnight, no phone (lost it on the earlier journey), no sleep for 48 hrs, been driving for 6 hrs I was fatigue, running out of battery (caffeine) from redbull, coffee, n 5 hr energy drink.

I stumbled upon the motel 6. I was kind of more worried about my car since I only had her for 7hrs, but I gave in cos i had no choice at that time of the day. BRZ hit her 500 miles as we pulled in

Time passed. I went on my first track day in Thunderhill... when i got there i thought this motel 6 looks familiar. When I saw that chinese restaurant sign, I was sure that was the place. I was pretty excited

it was the start of willows memories...

Decided to go for it and do both days.

Booked friday and sat night at motel 6.

Looks like I'll be meeting up with the caravan, friday night, at the E85 station?

I've never been on the track before, can I still sign up for 86cup? The driving school and solo slots are filled.
