Here's a few pics of my car at the track, with freshly mounted 255/35R18. Gained about 4 secs over my 245 Contis.

From what I have seen, these will clear the strut since you're on coilovers, but might rub the tires inside on max lock.

Any suggestion with tire size and this setup?

Something closer to a +35 to +38 offset and you could rock a 245/40R17 without issue.

The problem with the +45 is that it is tucked in a bit too much, and the tire will rub on full lock, but it's not because of the tire size it's due to the offset of the wheel.

Ok so I was looking at Avant Garde M220's...
18x8 +30 on 225/40/18
Think those would work?
Thanks guys.

P.S. Planned on lowering springs, probably about 1" but wanted to wait to see the wheels on the car so I can see how much fender gap I need to take up.

No problem with that wheel size and offset, should work well. Tire size is also good for this wheel.

Good size wheel, will be pretty flush without rubbing and you'll have a bit of clearance on inside to clear the spring perch as well. Pretty close to my setup actually.

Ideal tire size would be 245/35R18 or 225/40R18 if you don't want to go as wide.

Can you fit 255/35/18 at the front without any rubbing stock ride height? If not, how about 245/35/8

How much understeer can one expect from running 265 rear and 245 front on stock suspension?

255/35R18 is still a big tire for this car. It may fit but poke depending on your wheel setup (width and offset) and camber plays a big part in tucking in a large wheel/tire combo.

I'd stick to a 245/35R18 square setup and not worry about the understeer. Do you have power mods to warrant 265's?

Will this fit? (width, offset and tire size Qs)

I am planning for 400-450whp, so I want a decent size tire to hook up, was thinking of 255 square to avoid understeer, but if it doesn't fit well I may just stick with 245/35/18 square @Slick
