I've used a bianchi pocket holster similar to the remora when I had a p238. The thing was terrible. The "grippy" outer material lost any semblance of grippyness faster than Michelin HP Primacies in a light drizzle, and the soft interior never held the gun very securely.
The remora holster is reported to have none of those problems. On phone I am. Therefore, if mistakes I make, Frank Oz blame you should.

Another concern to consider when choosing a place to put your firearm while leaving going into a bank or driving is your passengers. If you happen to be giving someone a ride with a felony you have to maintain control of the firearm. Best way I could see to do this is to make a kydex insert for the door cupholder. If you are worried about wear I suppose you could just make an insert that has an opening for the gun to slide into and be held. 3/4 of the width of your gun should give enough holding ability. This even allows you to make a provision for an extra magazine if you want. I will need to figure out something soon myself.

That is why I like the center console option while driving. The armrest opens into the passenger making it easy for you to keep control by holding down the armrest with your arm. unlike in between the seats. Spare mags in the drivers side door would be sweet, but would need to be removable for the big gulp. |

You are 100% entitled to your opinion. In CA it is way different, only celebrities and politicians are allowed permits because, you must remember, they are way more important than you. Diane Feinstein and Sean Penn, who are both advocates against guns, both have concealed carry permits, and/or armed guards. If that isn't hypocritical elitism, I don't know what is. If you haven't already, you should probably read up on the purpose and background behind the 2nd amendment (it was not written for what most people assume it was written), and why the Japanese chose not to invade the U.S. during WWII, before calling guns retarded.

The company is called "Sticky". I have been using it in my vehicle for over a year now and it grips great between the seat. For the price, it's great.
http://stickyholsters.com/ I use a inside pant belt clip concealment holster for when I'm out and about. I place it between my seats because it gives me extremely quick draw capabilities if I need it while in the car. I live in CA, and around 8 years ago I was carjacked at gunpoint in the blink of an eye. Partially due to that fact no one I don't know approaches my vehicle without my hand on it or it below my door line. An armrest concealment would take to much time for deployment if need be. |

while there are many people who respect firearms and take all the necessary safety precautions. i feel based on observation that most people are not responsible and therefore result in accidental deaths and or premeditated murders. i salute the troops and i support the right to protect ones life and family but i dislike the lack of common sense among the population. |
