That log looks absolutely terrible to me. If you show boost (map) and afr, it is awfully lean for basically the whole run. The knock is a problem too.
I'd be interested to see what the STFT are showing on a longer log also. |

Part throttle detonation has been the death of many high compression engines.

Update, engine is out of the car, decided to do it myself, low mileage replacement coming in. started tear down of blown motor to get ready for 10:1 turbo motor build, cams, lifters, rockers, timing chains, tensioners all solid, no rod contact with block as far as i can see, no obvious damage to cylinder walls, tons of metal in oil pan form a yet unidentified source, next culprit is possibly spun rod bearing, crank bearing, or wrecked wrist pin, metal particles are magnetic. Anyone have blown up diagrams of what the timing advance solenoids look like inside?

Could barely get your AFR under 13 during the entire pull. That's sounds really aggressive to me.

Update: 2 blown direct injection seals the other 2 were not looking so hot either. Hard and browned from heat, the one corresponding to the cylinder with the spun bearing , the injector stem was black all the way to the isolator. Don't know if such extreme failure is due to the shitty tune, but I'm sure it did not help.

Detonation or frequent knock is why your seals/injectors are damaged. This is caused primarily by tuning or fueling issues. Eliminate knock and detonation seals hold together.
