Some told me this will be tight, and most told me this wont rub, hence I went with:

Toyo R1R 245/40/18 (should have gotten 245/35)
I went with this size as I really wanted the sticky Toyos, and a taller sidewall is nice as it protects the wheels from damage or bends. This is a track setup I'm going for.
The car is sitting fairly low on KW clubsports and IT RUBS at full lock. Went over some bumps and its not hitting the wheel well.
If I raise it, will it prevent some of that rubing at full lock? I cannot return the tires, so what are my options at this point?
From all of the research I have done on this forum on wheels/offset, I believe your offset is 1mm higher than OEM spec. Not to mention that your wheels are 1.5 inches wider than stock, which makes it closer to the suspension. I think the best solution is for you to try 5mm hubcentric wheel spacers and see what happens.

+49 is really inboard. Get a 10mm spacer and find some 245/35 tires. HMU if you need spacers.

Who did you purchase all your parts from? That kind of sucks if they didn't offer any type of help with your setup.
