I see so many people running so many different H/W/O's, to the point that I don't know which route to go. I want an 18, Pretty flush with the fender, I don't want to make fender mods, and want a wheel wider that the 7" factory. Also, I plan on adding Eibach Sportline within the next week until funds are sufficient for coilovers. Has anyone done a similar setup? Or can anyone help me?

Easy, 18x8 with an offset around +35 (+32 to +40). Put a 225/40R18 on and call it a day.

Yes, the sales guy is based on the specifications from tirerack for the suggestions.

I google searched 18x8 front with 225 tires and 18x9.5 rear with 255 tires, it seemed the fitments are okay. The front wheels look like just tug in about a few mm behind the fender instead of popping out. I know if the wheels pop out a few mm beneath the fender, it may has a chance that the debris on the road picked up by the wheels and scratched the paint.

Is 0.5 really make a big difference? I can finalize my order tomorrow.

Thanks.

Not saying they don't know what they're doing at all, just that tire shops including Tirerack will give you conservative options, like for Mom that wants a nicer set of wheels for her Accord.

All you need to do is look through the sticky'd wheel gallery in this forum and look for the sizes you want and click on their link for fitment details.

Good luck.

Okay, the wheel store guy emailed me this morning, he told me that the 18 x 8 for the fronts with offset ET35 instead of ET45. Is this okay? The front wheels with this setup will be lighter as well.

In summary, the front will be 18x8 ET35 with 225 tires, and the rear will be 18x9.5 ET45 with 255 tires.

I am going to pay the deposit today if this setup okay? Please advise, thanks.

Regarding the wheel lugs, I did some researches this weekend, it looks like Rays lugs are good. However, should I pick 35mm or 50mm long lugs?

Are Rays lugs made in China?

And, is that aggressive? How is that relevant?

TireRack will tell you that a 18x9+35 in the front doesn't fit, even though we all know here that it does. The lowest offset they offer is around +40 on 8.5" and 9-9.5" wide wheels are only available for the rear.

My point is the OP came here to get advice on FRS-specific wheel fitment, which we know works since many other members have the same combo, yet is getting told that it won't fit.
Its really up to the OP to decide what he wants to do and who he chooses to believe.

Hi guys I'm purchasing enkei rpf1 rims and I was wondering if 17x8 +45 would fit perfect with 215/45/ 17 tires on stock suspension?

Would the rims poke out a bit or sit flush? Thanks
