I'd say main thing for me, is weathertech floor mats. It's raining a lot here and I walk through grass at school. It'd just make things simpler.

Just like a lot of car mods, I think the side markers are mainly based in the pack mentality. Most of the people who are so against them probably wouldn't have ever even noticed them had they not seen someone talking abou them on here. It's just part of car modding.

It won't open on accident. If something manages to happen to that valve while you're driving, then some spilled oil is definitely going to be pretty low on your list of concerns. If you get a chance to play around with one, you'll understand what I'm talking about.

Haha yeah exactly. I bought the car without even noticing them, then I see so many people like "Ugly side markers, you need clears" and it took me a good 3-4 months before I realized mine were orange.

Markers + amber lights keep it legal

JDK Smoked Side Markers

LED Lights by Diode Dynamics:
Side markers (stage 2 amber)
Dome light (stage 2 white)
License plate (stage 2 white)

Amber side markers are more retro anyway (check out old JDM cars), it's not like you can reprogram the ECU readily to make the clear side markers flash.

They are probably not legal. Even though one of these side markers is not really going to blind anybody, the whole idea behind red and amber lenses is that white light impairs night vision, while light shifted toward red does not (or at least not as much). Anything that can be seen by a driver behind you is generally supposed to be red or amber. Even when it's not bright enough to impair your night vision, a point of white light in your field of vision adds to visual clutter more than an amber light.

Even if state law allows them, keep 'em amber as a courtesy to other drivers.

I ordered mine with the OEM trunk liner, but not for carpet protection. I got it because when you put something on that rubber, it stays put. I've been amazed at how I can sling the car around and not have my toolbox slide all over the car. It's a must-have just for that.

Thats a good idea, I noticed that I have things always sliding all over my trunk. haha.

You won't regret it. I change my oil now without any gloves or rags to clean up. I just turn the valve and go do something else for 10 or 15 minutes while it drains. Makes everything so much better.

The Fumoto drain valve has a spring on the "handle" that pushed it into a recess in the valve body. In order to open the valve, you have to lift up on the handle and rotate it. You can also purchase a "lock" for a few bucks that is a clip which snaps on the valve body and won't allow the handle to rotate.

I've had a Fumoto valve on ever vehicle I've owned over the last 10 years and have never had a failure or leak.

Lightweight crank pulley.

I did this on Saturday, and it transforms the car from a fairly-responsive Drive-by-wire throttle to a car that feels like a cable-throttle car.
Makes the car much easier to drive. I'd say get this before anything else (maybe adjust the clutch pedal as well).

After that, a heavier shift knob improves shift feel greatly. The stock knob, while not exactly a featherweight, does feel less-than-solid.
