2600rpm vibration

I finished installing all of the mods in my signature. I had to pull the transmission to fix a screw-up with the mtec springs, and I put it all back together and everything works just fine.

Except at about 2600rpm, there is a vibration coming from somewhere in the powertrain. It does not happen when in neutral and revving the engine, only under load. It is more pronounced when moving through the RPMs rather than holding it at 2600rpm. The car works 100% otherwise, I even marked the rear diff/driveshaft so I could put it back on the same way it came off. I am not sure if this is a byproduct of the whiteline/perrin bushings or I just need to double check everything. Thoughts?

It might be because of the transmission bushing and the rear shifter bushing. There's less slack resulting in more NVH. Other than that it's completely normal.

I am going to remove the rear shifter bushing and transmission mount bushing this weekend. I don't really like the added NVH and am going to see if they caused it.
