I should have the last pipe back today (with the new layout). I'll take some pics and post them up when i get it back together, hopefully this evening.

You need to drill and tap it and then use some teflon tape/paste to make sure it is sealed. The question is whether or not the material is thick enough to get enough threads to get a good seal.

If you drill/tap the end of the housing I think you could take the coupler off and shove a paper towel in there and then use some grease on the bit/tap to minimize metal shavings.

Depending on the pipe routing of your kit it might not be that easy. I know removing the intake off the GT2871R in my Full Blown kit was a pain in the ass without pulling the bumper. I was not intimidated by those 6 bolts, haha.

i was more intimidated by the idea of getting everything clocked and lined back up just right... and also that nice pretty billet wheel getting all mangled by my uncoordinated ass trying to jam it all back together.
