What exhaust do you have on your car?

We do not recommend tracking your car on stock exhaust as it will build up to much back pressure and heats up the gaskets.

Also did you check to see if the bolts were tight before starting. From the sound of your post you had a shop do the work, if so did they check every bolt before install. AVO does a great job assembling this kit, but you should always double check.

Just the cheap P&S they are using to shoot the pictures with, there's a lot of distortion at the edges.

Not good shots - in the next week or two, I'll get a set over to fit while taking pictures + video of the install.

It's tight, no argument there, and we do certainly suggest (strongly) putting in harder engine mounts at the same time. The reason it's going to be sold as an overpipe/frontpipe combo is due to the tight space, we had to redo the bends differently than a stock setup to make it fit properly. So unlike our 2.5" system, you can't mix and match with stock/aftermarket.

I will answer on Ian's behalf. He has the following exhaust fitted:
Milltek Over-Pipe Berk Catted Front Pipe ARK Grip Rear Exhaust. AFAIK, it is 2.5" throughout.

His kit was fitted by Fensport (the same shop that fitted mine, which was their first customer fitment). They are very meticulous in checking everything with the kit both before and after fitment. I 'believe' that it was the manifold to head gaskets that went (Fensport always fit new ones with the kit). Could be something to do with the unfortunate fact that most of the kits seem to come with warped flanges. I know that they had to face mine before fitment. I have had my kit now for about six months, with no problems apart from the fact i now want more power that the current 10.5psi boost is giving.

Roll on the upgrade kit

Fensport does great work and I'm sure they checked everything. Once the leak is fixed I'm sure he will be problem free

Our upgraded actuators are also cheaper than the above, and they will fit.
When you say they are adjustable, is it a spring swap, etc? Or are you simply referring to adjusting the preload? Or something else?

Thanks.
