From what I can tell the flex fire was due to using cheap adapters at the sensor. The adapters I linked are different, and should be very secure. The only reason I looked at all is because I realized I don't know of any shops selling a kit now that both Toni and John have gone down the toilet. I have a faint memory of someone saying they were working on a kit, might have been Delicious, but I'm not sure. If you're not dead set against putting your own together, check the haltech forums. They had some good info on it. They recommended a speedflow fitting that's pretty much identical to the russel I linked, I just found the russel for about 2/3 the price.

Either way man, keep us updated.

91 octane and heat will certainly hurt the smaller pulley gains even intercooled. On good fuel and/or cooler temps you should see about 10-15 hp each 2.5 mm of pulley difference.

So I received @DeliciousTuning new tune which allows to change from 75mm down to 70mm. Bill has not received any logs to review tune on my car, so I mention this, as I noticed some timing being pulled at top maybe due to safety factor.

I don't think I have seen these results posted yet all done same day on same dyno, Sprintex Intercooled kit.
All runs on 95 Ron = 91 Oct
My stock dyno run 154whp 135ftlb
75mm = .68 bar boost = 217whp 188ftlb
72.5mm = 0.73 boost = 225whp 189ftlb
70mm = 0.8 boost = 231whp 196ftlb

The above was done on the coast, summer conditions extremely hot today 36 deg c, so possibly lost 10% power due to the heat factor.

63mm overpipe
63mm performance exhaust, I added a small HPC to front pipe for noise reduction

@xjohnx - hit up @PrimeMotoring, they have a flex fuel kit that I bought. Very hight quality parts and none of that fire business

Just to confirm, my coolant leak is coming from the preclamped tee fitting on the intercooler hose off the back of the supercharger that connects to the coolant bottle. I have to get a crimping tool to try to tighten them.

IC install finished, no leaks that we can see. only driven it long enough for a shakedown run and to get some datalogs for William @DeliciousTuning, but she feels good so far!

Here's Radium's explanation on what each can does:

The "Crankcase Vent" kit mounts on the left side of the engine bay. This catch can runs inline with the 1/2" breather port. At low loads it experiences atmospheric pressure, but when the engine is at high load (WOT), this hose will experience vacuum and would normally be drawing unwanted crankcase vapors, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the air filter intake pipe.

The "PCV Valve" kit mounts on the right side of the engine bay. This catch can runs inline with the 3/8" PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve. When the intake manifold pressure is close to or greater than atmospheric pressure, the PCV "check" valve closes and, thus, this hose experiences no flow. Conversely, the PCV hose will experience "metered" vacuum when the engine is idling, steady state cruising, and decelerating. This would normally draw unwanted crankcase vapor, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold immediately after a high load run. Note: Because the Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, they are great for boosted applications as well so connecting to the intake manifold is permitted.
