91 octane and heat will certainly hurt the smaller pulley gains even intercooled. On good fuel and/or cooler temps you should see about 10-15 hp each 2.5 mm of pulley difference.

@xjohnx - hit up @PrimeMotoring, they have a flex fuel kit that I bought. Very hight quality parts and none of that fire business
![]() Just to confirm, my coolant leak is coming from the preclamped tee fitting on the intercooler hose off the back of the supercharger that connects to the coolant bottle. I have to get a crimping tool to try to tighten them. |

IC install finished, no leaks that we can see. only driven it long enough for a shakedown run and to get some datalogs for William @DeliciousTuning, but she feels good so far!
