Wonder what kinda numbers it'll put down and if it'll be a bolt on like the 210 or if engine upgrades will be a must

Well my coolant dropped down again....idk wtf is going on. I built up maybe 3 pounds of boost on my way into work today, it was full last night, so idk, maybe a coincidence, but i'm going to get into boost again a little on the way home and see if the level drops.

Either way this is annoying as hell. I am guessing the leak is in the intercooler, because there is no leak anywhere else, i've checked about 10 times already. Unless I just had a bunch of air in my system but I doubt it at this point. I have to check my subaru super blue coolant bottle and see how much left I have and compare it to the 2.2l the system takes.
Is your coolant holding now?

I have to fess up and eat some crow, as I said I checked multiple times for leaks and didn't find any. Low and behold today, I found one. It's been so cold here that it was hard to smell/tell. The clamp on the coolant bottle line that connects to the plastic tee was leaking and I somehow didn't see it. Was leaking on the bottom. I repositioned it and tightened it down, so I will check it again but all seemed ok after a few checks. I can't tell if those pre clamped lines are leaking at all on the tee but I cleaned the area up and will check again next drive out. Thanks for following up.

and iirc, the 335 was causing some engine problems. gotta look it up again ot be certain though
I got the P3cars gauge with optional boost sensor, so I got the sensor module in the engine bay and the wire going through the firewall hole to the gauge.

Not so much design, but maybe if they provided the right clamps it wouldn't leak. Now if it's leaking from the preclamped fittings, then yes, bad design just need a crimp tool to tighten it.

Here are our test results from today on our dyno
Firstly the dyno is a Inertia dyno with 0 correction factor and does not give happy numbers

So I received @DeliciousTuning new tune which allows to change from 75mm down to 70mm. Bill has not received any logs to review tune on my car, so I mention this, as I noticed some timing being pulled at top maybe due to safety factor.
Sent in logs to correct.
I don't think I have seen these results posted yet all done same day on same dyno, Sprintex Intercooled kit.
All runs on 95 Ron = 91 Oct
My stock dyno run 154whp 135ftlb
75mm = .68 bar boost = 217whp 188ftlb
72.5mm = 0.73 boost = 225whp 189ftlb
70mm = 0.8 boost = 231whp 196ftlb

The above was done on the coast, summer conditions extremely hot today 36 deg c, so possibly lost 10% power due to the heat factor.

Mods if you would be interested
HKS intake duct
AFE pro dry DIF
Borla UEL
63mm overpipe
63mm performance exhaust, I added a small HPC to front pipe for noise reduction

Hope this info helps.

Hopefully you get some tweaks on your tune. Looks pretty promising and I have heard Bill is the guy to go to for a tune on this Innovate kit. I wanna see where you end up with some updates. What type of dyno and I assume this are un corrcted numbers?

Im sure Bill will apply his magic.

Based off your stock run your dyno might read about 4% lower than our US DynoJet.

Power differences are about what I would expect. Currently Ryan's car is the only one to have this tune. You are sort of my beta tester.

Ryan, I hate to say it is really picky when it comes to the tune and I love it. It really forces me to dial the tune. So I am working with Ryan to make sure the tune is ONLY better then the previous tune. Though the power numbers are what I would expect the low end light throttle from a dead sport have gone a little in the wrong direction. So I need to perfect this before releasing the tune to everyone else.

Thanks for the info Ryan.

Cheers,
William Knose

Why not make your own? This was just a couple minutes of searching.

Harness to plug into the sensor, probably have to hack off the end you wont use.
