Melted fuse is a sign of wire overheating. The wires are probably too small for your amp charge. When you replace the fuse, check if the fuse/wires gets hot. It should NOT be hot at all. This is a great way to start a fire heheh

Hmmmmm. I replaced it today, and did a test run for a few minutes, everything felt fine..

Next time you drive for a long time check it again, it shouldn't even be close to be burning hot. Maybe it was a bad fuse. You still have the H11 55 watts in the fogs right?

my nigel fog light kit did the same thing after one day.- i resolved the issue by finding a better ground, as well as replacing the fuse with a better quality 15 amp fuse i found at radio shack. i have not had a problem since. hope this helps
