Quick update. The car is running but has not yet had a decent tune yet, before when it had 354rwkw it had a heap of top end with it feeling nearly stock until 4k rpm.
Now with this setup it's hitting the same boost nearly 1 earlier but has an instant pull from idle. Hopefully il cracked the big 400 rwkw mark And Be Boosting at 1k rpm

What are you going to do to make it create boost at 1000rpm? It's common knowledge that the Sprintex supercharger doesn't start making positive pressure until about 2000pm. Yours faithfully, Unicorn |

The reason for the lack of positive pressure below 2k rpm is due to the in-effeciency of the unit turning at a low rpm (pressure escaping through the air gap between the 2 screws). Raceseng smaller pulley helped with that increasing the units rpm enough to get boost much earlier.

My unit at idle is turning the same speed as a stock unit at 2k +-500 rpm
