Sounds like some of us missed a great party! Besides the predicament of service from the BWW, I hope the commingling and the raffle prizes made up for the unexpected service. I almost want to say, luckily it wasn't the San Ramon BWW as I had just dine there with my kid's football team and parents and we were served plenty of liquid appetizers before the wings and 'burnt toast' was served. Some of parents even served drinks to the kids from the soda fountain b/c well you should understand, teen age boys are relentless when 10+ servers are walking around empty handed and saying whatever excuse they were trained to say. Nonetheless, it adds character to the event which I hope y'all had fun at and until next time, keep on driving

Hey we watched Rush...wasn't dramatic as I have heard it to be but still a good flick. Shoulda been less about sex and foreign accents and more about racing haha. I came out wondering when will they do the Andretti/Unser family, more of my time I think.

No problem! Yes definitely we can get together after work soon. Almost every week on Tuesday nights I go out to hang with my MR2 friends somewhere in the Bay (it changes location every week). If anyone wants to come out to one of these meets to pick up their prize (or just to hang out) just hit me up.

Oh one more shameless plug - if anyone who didn't win a glass or mug or hat wishes they could get their hands on one -- visit our site for a link to the cafe press store where you can buy them.

That was a lot of fun, and good turnout too! I didn't expect that many people to come out but glad that everyone showed up. It's great to see and talk about all the modifications that people have done. I remember when meets used to be us all talking about where we bought our cars and what plans we had for them, now those plans are becoming reality!

Thanks to @PMok for organizing all this and to BWW for hosting us.
