You need to disable another DTC in the calibration to stop P0420 being generated.

I'm interested in seeing dyno graphs from those with UEL headers installed.

Just waiting on the map sensor and a tune that has been adjusted for the IAT sensor.

I know with my header code will come on and off... every few days... I forgot to have Delicious Tuning disable 420 code. I might ask them to do that when I send some him some logs of my car for a touch up.

Very nice, just waiting for mine as well.

Map sensor obviously goes on top? Can't see the hole with the angle of your pic.
What size map sensor you fitting.

it goes right next to the IAT sensor, to the right of it in that pic.

Would have to guess OMNI 3 Bar MAP Sensor.

For those with charge coolers fitted, keep an eye on the de-gas hose near where it goes back up to the overflow tank. It can rub on the fuel injector cover and wear the hose down. Mine lost a couple of mm in just one week! Needs reinforcement or tying up somewhere.

Identified the problem, map sensor loom/harness for the 2.5 map had a pin missing. Harness was under the manifold so could not identify while checking.
I've heard rumor this problem has been identified, so double check your harness before connecting.
