I've been trying to figure this out as well. When I'm driving on the highway I can hear the rear deck clicking but I can also hear another like clunking noise coming from the passenger side rear. When I pulled my passenger side rear wheel back and forth I can hear a slight click noise. I was told at an autocross a few weeks back that it's probably the endlinks but I cant seem to replicate the noise without moving the wheel.

(My Problem Solved)

I disconnected my rear ARB yesterday and zip tied up the bar and end links. Took it for a drive, dead silent.

The end link bolts were stripped from the factory at the control arms. Never made noise on stock suspension but as soon as we moved the control arms to install new shocks it was clunk city.

Ordered new arms, end links and all hardware to be sure. I wonder how many people with rear clunks are related to the sway bar links.

We could absolutely cannot re-create it unless you are driving. We did pullups on the bar, loaded and unloaded on lift, jacks, trans jacks no sound until on pavement.
