Silly suggestion, but maybe it's the licence plate against the trunk?

Dropped it off at the dealership and they can't see anything wrong with it.

did you look at any of the help provided above and ask your dealer to check your axle nut tension?...im going to bet you didn't, then I'll make another bet that says that is the issue.

I did show them the video and the posts and I talked to 2 engineers at toyota who are keeping an eye on this issue sense it is becoming more and more common. At first look the nuts seemed tight so they told me that was not the problem. After I urged them to take a second look they got it back on the lift later in the day and it was pretty much the problem. They did not properly stake the nut during assembly so it was retorqued and properly staked.

The dealership won't even acknowledge the noise so they said nothing is wrong. Guess nothings wrong then!

Something is deffinitly up if the car starts making a noise it never did before. I would open a case with toyota. Unfortunitly we are the large scale testers for this platform and when some say not to worry about it us letting the company know about the problems allows them to correct them and also let's them know that as a consumer we are unhappy. I have been in business for awhile and nothing makes me more fusturated then a mad customer who didn't give me the chance to make it right.
