Honestly, take a look at your battery boys.
You could save some weight with those lightweight batteries that go for mucho $$$$. Lithium ion? Something like that.

But anyway, I heard someone was able to equal the mt times at an autocross track with an at car and equal the 0-60 times, by pulling out the spare tire and tool kit. Brakes with stainless steel line, wheels and tires would be another good way to lose the weight. FT86 speedfactory makes a very nice lightweight braille battery, but its not the best idea if you live in cold climates or use the car as a Daily driver in those cold climates. A full exhaust with headers if you can emissions allowing. PST makes a nice carbon fiber driveshaft or an aluminum one from another source can be close to the same weight as the carbon fiber one. A full pulley kit from say Go fast bits will take some rotational mass off the front end. If you're willing to go really hardcore you can pull the rear seats and put in a lightweight fly wheel in because apparently a heavy percentage of weight is in that flywheel and it would really help make this engine even more rev happy. Others here can elaborate other techniques, but by doing all that you could easily take 100+ lbs of the car, and even better gas mileage and what not is gained along with handling.

My weight savings are muffler delete, lightweight crank pulley, spare tire removed, stripped everything from backseats to trunk, and 16' forged wheels. Don't think I can lose weight myself or the wind would take me away.

What about the seats? Swap in some $$$$ CF racing seats I'm sure you'd save some weight.
Aluminum monoblock brake calipers and 2 piece rotors is another expensive option. Removing the stereo would also help.

Replace: wheels, tires, brakes, lug nuts, battery, driver's seat, glass with lexan, aluminum and plastic body panels with carbon fiber, pulleys, headers, front pipe, exhaust, steering wheel, coilovers may be lighter (not sure though)
Remove: spare tire, jack, all other seats, bumper beams, wipers, wiper fluid reservoir, A/C, sound system, dash, the center piece thing that covers your shifter and e-brake area, shifter boot, e-brake lever plastic, upholstery, fat, poop, pee, hair, clothing, shoes, eyewear, heavy thoughts, appendix, spleen, majority of intestines, teeth, every other finger, least favorite eyeball, and... if you're serious... castration Other: acid dip your chassis, always drive dehydrated, only put the exact amount of gas you plan to burn in your tank, drill holes in everything That's all I can think of right now, but that should be enough to get you started. If you need some more ideas when you're done with all this, send me a bottle of Stolichnaya, and I'll come up with all sorts of ingenious ideas. Adding power makes you faster on the straights. Subtracting weight makes you faster everywhere. ACBC
