We are closed sunday and monday typically. I am willing to remedy the situation with those options if he wishes, if he would rather bash us than it is out of my hands and all i can do is focus on other orders.

I have sent Ronnie an email with a proposal. If you wish to air this issue in public, then please request my vendor feedback thread be re-opened and we can detail the minutia in there.

For the record, if I email someone on a Sunday and they respond and engage in conversation, then I consider that 'trading'. If they continue to reply on a Monday, I also consider that 'trading'. If you're closed on those two days then simply don't reply to messages rather than trying to make me look bad that I didn't give you guys time to respond as you were closed. Back when I first placed this order I mentioned to Ronnie that I was surprised you guys respond during out of work times and made it quite clear I didn't expect a response during those times.

I am not out to 'bash' you. I have simply posted up my experience. That's what the vendor feedback forum is for. What I find amazing here is how you think you can 'buy back' the problem by offering to collect the manifold at your cost and get rid of the 'problem', which in your eyes is obviously me. The customer. A customer who expects the basics of a sales transaction, where goods are delivered on time and to a suitable quality, rather than receiving false promises and questionable quality parts upon arrival.

And before the bandwagon jumps on that statement, the offer to loan me a manifold and replace it with another one only came after I posted up my feedback, days after I was told "send it back for full refund". You really think after waiting 3 months for a manifold that I just want to send it back? It's wasted a lot of my time, cancelled appointments at workshops, etc. I just want the manifold on my car and running. I don't want a warranty to be voided due to professionally resolving bad workmanship during manufacture.

Anyway, I request that you review my email and if you wish to discuss this in further detail then either use email, the phone or my vendor feedback thread as i'm sure you would prefer this not in your generic product thread.

Those burrs are not a big deal, grab a file and scratch them off. Seems crazy to ship a header back for that, but from reading more of this guy's posts I'm not surprised. The collector looks damn good though. Those small gaps will not be an issue as long as the welds are good on the outside.

Stu you emailed me Sunday at 840am Arizona time (440pm UK). I responded asking for pics Monday 9am Arizona (5pm UK) time. By then you had already posted them. Even though we were closed Monday we went to work on headers. I then offered a refund as any modifications not done buy us will void the warranty. You said that you had already taken it to a local machine shop. This was all on Monday. Yes if I responded I was working

You didnt even give us a chance to fix the issue

Ronnie

JDL have stated the warranty will be voided if I do that. That's the problem!

I posted my photos up on here before I emailed you at all. There was no relation. You'll notice I didn't say "Look at this crap", or "Look at this great stuff", I just posted photos up as people were keen to see stuff being shipped from you.

Anyway, I look forward to your/Jesse's reply to my email. I don't wish to discuss my transaction further in this public thread.

Eh, give the guy a break. Sounds like he had high expectations and was frustrated when they weren't met. Happens. Seems to be somewhat resolved now.

Would love to see some more pics/vids of that header tho..

Not sure if this was asked or not but what was the reasoning for changing the flex pipe tubing from what was on the preproduction headers?

Size/space and availability. These are more compact. While awaiting our stocking order we used the larger ones to build the first one
