Yes! Very good for staggered setup! :happy0180:

Be sure the offset is correct. (+30 ~ +45)

And yes, I would choose 245/35 over 245/40. The latter is too tall.

If staggering, 235/40 on 8" front, 265/35 on 9" rear
If square, 245/35 on 8"-9" front/rear
Thanks. I think I will go with stagger. Someone in the forum posted with 245/35 setup. The front was a lil poke. I'm sure that 235/40 will get me the flushness.

Now, I really hope that 265/35 on the rear will not rub or hit the stock struts. I don't plan to adjust the rear chamber. I know 275/35 might sound crazy on the rear, have you seen anyone doing that without chamber adjustment?

hey guys have 18x9.5 +38 and 245 40 18 right now. looks like i have some more room wondering if i can squeeze some 275 in the front and the rear or is 245 all around the most I can do? no demon camber= no thanks, functional camber = yes, fender modding = no

oh and if 275 is no go, what are my options from your guys experience with a wider tire all around. 245 just seems like i got more tire i can squeeze in there.

Measure the extra room you have. Your vantage point is a little better than ours. :happy0180:

One man's flush is another man's poke due to alignment settings..

You're going to want an alignment anyway. If you are lowering the vehicle you will gain negative camber.

Just keep taking it on step at a time.

Your current tire:
245mm wide

Tire in question:
275mm wide

Difference:
275-245 = 30mm

30mm/2 = 15mm additional inner and outer clearance needed.

Take measuring device and see if you have 15mm more room.

Looks familiar thats even closer then my 9.5 +38 i think, tho it may look that way due to tire width... If its the same as mine, its "safe", drive it a little, check the sidewalls for rubbing. Then drive the shit out of it, i did 60-85 around on/off ramps to get the tires to roll if they do at all. I have no rubbing regardless of how hard i pushed. But i currently have a stretched 235 tire
