Opinions on track width

Regarding the ET of a rim, what do you think is the best for our cars?
I'm actually on the equivalent of ET 25 with the use of spacers, I think that I had benefits, but the steering became too slow and susceptible to irregularities of the road. On the opposite, suspensions seem to work better with wide tracks.
I think that something between ET 30 and 35 would be the best.

Have you tried playing with SAI and camber bolts to reduce a bit your scrub?
