Injector Size (12PSI)

Im looking to turn my boost up from 8psi to 12 psi but im at the limit of my fuel injectors.

What size should i purchase for E85 at approximately 15 psi for some headroom. IDK what size the stock ports are?

Is that a little extreme for 15 psi. shouldnt 450CC be good enough. Im limited by knock to 15 psi and ring gap so I don't need ''future proofing''

700cc will be fine for 15 psi and E85

you also will need an upgraded fuel pump in the tank, and an electronic boost controller to hook up in the CPC input, but you should actually upgrade to ecutek too and then you can hook it up also on the rear o2 port instead

if you need help with the tune then with oft i m here

I was running 17PSI on 565cc injectors on a decently sized turbo with headroom, about 330WHP and 240wtq. For E85 I'd run a 700cc injector to be safe

ID1050X

Why 1050X? Because it's the smallest injector ID makes, and ID is, hands down, the best you can get.

what makes them better than the others? closer capacity to the nominal value? better performance at lower duration pulse?

Yeah ive been seriously thinking about ECUTEK because from what ive seen is that the DI to PI ratio tables dont work very well on OFT and there are duplicate tables all over the place making it hard to dial in.

I picked this one because it looked the most compatible while the reviews show fast spooling and stable waist gating.

I think that's an unfair simplification, but yes, all ID injectors in production are Bosch cores.
