Injector size question

Will the dw65c pump and 700cc injectors supply enough fuel up to 400rwhp on e85 with a turbo setup? I have found plenty of info on people suggesting 1000cc because they have a ton of room for more power, but I won't be pushing much over 400rwhp.

I think 700 will be to small for e85 and 400. 1000 would be your best bet with 80%dc
