Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds with the clutch in and it will turn off while moving. I've had to do this to test something else completely unrelated to the matter at hand.

The quality of the kit has pretty much nothing to do with the amount of boost you can run. That is mostly the tune and fuel. 9psi on 93 being the most without causing damage is not true either. ...
