Question about OFT

So I was reading up on OFT and have a couple questions.

1. Does OFT allow tuners to dyno tune like how ECUtek does?

2. If I buy bolt one will the base stage one and two times recognize the change in MAF?

Sorry if they got answered in a thread but I did a search and couldn't really find it

1. yes and no. The tablet itself does not do any adjustments, it just allows you to flash tunes used by rom raider. And pretty much no one tunes on oft because you can't lock the work like on ecutek. It allows the tuner to protect their work, and stops people from sharing the tune to everyone in the world.

2. Change in maf you have to calibrate yourself. There is a tutorial somewhere.

MAF is mass air flow sensor, unless you have changed your complete intake you dont usually need to rescale maf sensor . Drop in filters and silicone intake tubes are fine.

OFT will log and display many ECU parameters including those need to rescale maf sensor

The tunes that come with oft are for either stock car , car with catless el and uel header and for petrol or e85.

They are designed for stock intake.

Changing headers and removing cats does not require maf sensor rescaling .

It does require fuel table and intake exhaust cam table changes among other things.

The tunes for catless headers also disable P0420 cat efficiency cel code so no o2 spacer is needed.

unless you change intake to an aftermarket intake you dont need to change maf scaling.

it all done for you by tuner.

If you keep stock intake no maf scaling or other changes required just run the tune suppled that suits your header type and fuel ie 91\93\e85
