Rocford Fosgate P300-10 Install Help

I have never messed with car speakers/subwoofers before so excuse my inexperience. Long story short, I was gifted a P300-10 and figured why not install it in the brz.

My main question is, will the below harness connect at the amp instead of the head unit? If I can connect it at the amp, it would be much easier and I wouldn't have to run wires from the hu to the trunk.

so, that appears as if it is made to connect to the front.
it might work on the rear as well, but the rears harness is wired .. special.. theres a really good thread on how to use the rear amp harness.

a good note for what that's going to do is that it appears like that's going to give you full signal out, which if you feed to a sub amp, you will need to be sure to use the amps onboard crossover. Not precisely a problem, just noting it.

I think most people do this by wiring a line out converter to the rear amps wiring harness, however I believe it could also be done with what you have there from the front.
