Grease gun tips?

Trying to lube some zerk fittings on endlinks I replaced.

Can't seem to get this grease gun to work. I tightened the connections and I can pump endlessly and nothing seems to happen then some grease starts to ooze from the gun/zerk connection.

I removed the zerk fitting and see a tiny amount of grease inside the ball joint of the end link. But the boot isn't even starting to bulge so I know there isn't much getting in there.

How can I do this properly.

The check ball in the zerk fitting may be stuck. Did any of them work?

Do you feel any resistance in the handle/trigger? Try pumping some grease into a paper towel. My shitty old grease gun can't manage even the tiniest little air bubble.

Checked everything. Zerk fittings were fine. disassemble reassemble grease gun.

Decided it was defective, bought a new one. New one works no problems.

Not sure what was wrong, maybe it was a piece of garbage. It was hardly putting out any grease no matter what I did.

Thanks for input.
