What's the normal idle range on the RPM?

Hi guys,

My mistress registers 700 rpm on idle instead of the 1000 rpm I've seen on every single car I've owned. Is this normal or is she totaled

Again normal
.
But...

Can fluctuate as much as 200 when the air conditioning is running. This is a normal thing with these and not an issue so don't freak out when it happens.

One more thing, I have a sticker that says next oil change at 15,000 kms, I have 4000 kms on it now, last oil change was the 1000km, is that what you guys do? I normally change it every 5000kms on other cars. 15,000 on a sport engine. Hmmm, no way I think. No idea what oil the dealer used. I'm just gonna change it at 10,000 kms.

The 15K is required but of course more often is better.
Like Strat said you can get a pile of info from the manual. You will even learn things you didn't know you had a questions about.

Today I took her on some windey mountain roads, it was an amazing ride, but I'm still a bit new at driving a gt and unsure of what it will do at high speeds on corners, it feels so Godamn light (which it is), and wind tends to buffet it a bit, do u think I should be more confident and go for it? Michelline stock tires. I'm a front wheel driver with fast cars( crx, celica 91, scirocco) and to be honest rear wheel feels a bit loose on corners compared to those cars, if it breaks free on a corner you think I can bring her back easily or is she going to cause a drama?

I've never seen a car that gets its oil changed every 15,000 kms tbh, that's the standard huh, ok rpm idle 700 normal, oil change every 15k normal, I think I know what this car is, it's a spaceship

I probably wouldn't try much until you are used to it. The stability nannies help out quite a bit but don't get overconfident. Get used to the car or else you will be the next accident thread.

Start is always at around 1500 rpm depending on weather, within a minute or two starts to go down once it warms up. But the idle is always at 700 RPM at traffic lights etc.

Just FYI, the rpms at start is a SquadRogue reference.

Find the thread, grab a beer, and enjoy.
