Window scratches?

I was going over my car today and found what looks to be a scratch or some sort of warped smudge, any ideas on how to get rid of it / lessen visibility?

I scrubbed both sides with windex and nothing...

edit: Is it possible that this is embedded in the glass somehow?

Just picked up a clay bar so I'm going to try it tomorrow, someone else suggested seeing if I could wax it out... It's pretty smooth so I have my fingers crossed that it's not some weird ass scratch.

Try 3M swirl and window scratch remover. Works 70% of the time. Then wax over it.

Try also PLastX. It can help remove some minor defects.
